Our recent Kent Tennis Day was a huge success with over 200 people attending. The afternoon featured free coaching, as well as mini games for all the family, a fastest serve competition, and an inflatable obstacle course. The walking tennis event proved ever popular, as did our fantastic cakes and refreshments.

The afternoon showcased the fantastic work our coaches are doing in reaching out to the Learning Disability community. We held a free tennis taster event and there was generous support of our raffle and preloved clothing sale which raised funds for more inclusive tennis going forward.

The 10&U Kent Family Cup was a roaring success with 32 parent and child pairings facing off.

The afternoon culminated in an Exhibition doubles match featuring academy graduates Mihai Bradu and Ella Yu, wheelchair players Ruben Harris and Jack Wells, ATP doubles pro Joe Cooper and LD Special Olympic athlete Adam Brownsword.

Thanks to Kent Tennis, the Club’s amazing team of coaches and our enthusiastic volunteers for supporting the event.
